Also one of the Three Heroes who sealed the Demon God Laplace, Perugius remains a living legend in the Asura Kingdom, wielding significant influence and political power.
In a world where dragons soar, he is the sole means of aerial travel aboard the flying fortress Chaos Breaker, tirelessly monitoring the world in an effort to defeat the resurrected Demon God Laplace.

Has a somewhat difficult personality but is generally generous in character.
He is kind to guests and, within reasonable limits, will accept requests as long as they don’t involve demons. He dislikes demons and refuses them entry into the aerial fortress.
Although he has a strong dislike for the Immortal Demon King Atoferatofe, who once tried to kill him multiple times when he was a fledgling adventurer, and for the Demon God Laplace, who killed four of his close friends, he owes a debt of gratitude to Ruijerd, who saved him from being killed by Laplace. Highly knowledgeable about art and culinary culture, he is more renowned for his scholarly contributions, such as reviving ancient magic through historical documents, than his combat abilities, even during the Laplace Campaign.
Believes that “the pursuit of knowledge is the destiny of our dragon race” and has cooperated in the development of the Nana Hoshi world transfer magic.
Transferred to the modern era through reincarnation magic as one of the ancient Dragon Tribe members but does not remember his past life.

In the battle against Atoferatofe, where Rudeus had to fight to obtain the treatment for Nana Hoshi’s Drain Syndrome from Kishirika, Perugius intervened. He stated, “What Kalman prohibited was ‘mutual combat.’ If it’s just one-sided punching, there should be no objections.” Then, he launched the weakened Atofe away with a blast after Rudeus’s lightning strike.
Deeply appreciates art and has a good relationship with Zanoba Shirone. He responded positively to the idea of creating simplified figurines of people to make them more understandable. However, he dislikes the art created by the Asura Kingdom, which is made solely for the sake of appearances.
When Ariel Anemoi Asura sought his assistance to become the king of the Asura Kingdom, Perugius posed a test question: “What is the most important aspect for a king?” Ariel’s answer, “Inheriting the will,” was not the answer he hoped for, but it aligned with the ideal king Kaunis Freean Asura aspired to be, so he agreed to help.
After Aisha asked for his help in restoring the teleportation magic circle destroyed by Geese, he assisted in connecting the teleportation magic circles for the Sperd Tribe’s evacuation. He later used god-tier barrier magic that becomes stronger the more powerful the sealing target and intermediary magical tools are to seal the Fighting God’s Golden Armor and Badigadi.
Biography
He became an adventurer at a young age, guided by the Dragon GodUrupen. During the Laplace Campaign, he joined forces with humans as one of the adventurers and fought alongside the first North God Kalman Rybak, Twin Emperor Migus Gumis, and others to defeat the Demon race.
Because of his role as Urupen’s apprentice, he came to be known as the “Armored Dragon” and was celebrated for his achievements. The “Armored Dragon Calendar” was introduced in his honor after the sealing of Laplace. Despite holding a position of equality with the Asura King, he grew disillusioned with the power struggles within the Asura Kingdom’s royal palace. To ensure the permanent defeat of the resurrected Demon God Laplace, he patrols the skies from the Chaos Breaker, the only flying fortress in the world.
During the Laplace Campaign, when he was still relatively weak in terms of combat ability, he was nearly killed by the enemy commander, Atoferatofe, multiple times. Each time, he was saved by his senior figures, Urupen and Kalman. He had always harbored a desire for revenge against Atoferatofe, who killed four of his close friends. However, after the war, Kalman, who had married Atofe, prohibited Perugius from engaging in a fight to the death with Atoferatofe.
He learned summoning magic from Nanahoshi in exchange for sharing his research results. To challenge Nanahoshi, who sought to brush off the failure of the world-transference magic device as “fate,” Perugius took over the research after Nanahoshi fell into a deep sleep due to Time’s Scarecoat ability.
Combat Skills
He is an authority in summoning magic, possessing god-level summoning magic and barrier magic abilities, as well as proficiency in other forms of magic up to the level of saintly magic.
In combat, he can summon spirits he has created to fight alongside him. Additionally, he summons the “Front Dragon Gate” and “Rear Dragon Gate,” which can absorb magic power from enemies, and uses the “Magic Claw” to deal the final blow. His individual combat ability is on par with that of an Emperor-class swordsman.
Among the “Five Dragon Generals,” he is relatively weaker, especially compared to the “Magic Dragon King,” who possesses power equivalent to the Dragon GodOrsted. Perugius holds a deep fear of powerful adversaries, particularly Orsted, whom he considers an opponent he must never engage in battle.
While initially the weakest among the “Three Heroes,” he played a crucial role in defeating the Demon God Laplace by resurrecting the Chaos Breaker fortress, ancient eleven spirits, and utilizing the ultimate battle magic “Dragon God Funeral.”
These are the ancient 11 spirits created by Perugius, following the method left behind by the first Armored Dragon King, Dola, with the addition of Heaven Race’s Sylvaril of the Void.
Normally, spirits disappear when they run out of magic power, but thanks to Perugius’s modifications, they can exist as long as Perugius is alive.
Even if defeated, they can be resurrected within the Chaos Breaker fortress.
