Upon learning of Pax’s actions, including holding the families of soldiers hostage and imprisoning Rudeus, he chose to exile Pax to the Kingdom of Kingdragon, even if it meant risking Pax’s life. He also heeded the advice of his first and second princes, who feared Zanoba might harm him, and sent Zanoba to study at Ranoa Magic University.
Several years later, he received a request from King Leonard Kingdragon of the Kingdom of Kingdragon to appoint Pax to a high position in the Kingdom of Shirone. He declined this request. As a result, he was killed in a coup orchestrated by Pax, who was granted ten knights, including Randolph Marianne, by the Kingdom of Kingdragon.
