He gained a promotion from Archbishop to Cardinal by backing Miko’s candidacy and expanding the influence of the Extermination Faction. Permission from the Cardinal is required to utilize Miko’s abilities. According to Miko, he’s not the best, but a devout follower of Milis.
He attempted to frame Rudeus for the attempted assassination of Miko in a bid to overthrow the Pope, but he failed. Following this incident, he had no choice but to fully support Rudeus’ activities.
