A scaled-down version of the Lightning created by Rudeus. It can still penetrate fighting spirit.
While it has less power than Lightning and causes less collateral damage when used in the vicinity, it consumes more magical power than Lightning.
Rudeus wrote about the principles of this magic, which was later edited by Roxy and published as a paper on lightning magic. Based on this, a new system of magic, lightning magic, was developed.
